♥ U.S.C. Title 18, Section 2257 Compliance Notice
  • All models, actors, actresses and other persons that appear in any visual depiction of actual sexually explicit conduct, simulated sexual conduct appearing or otherwise contained on Exquisite Angelz were over the age of eighteen (18) years at the time of the creation of such depictions.
  • All other visual depictions displayed on Exquisite Angelz are exempt from the provision of 18 U.S.C. section 2257 and 28 C.F.R. 75 because said visual depictions do not consist of depictions of conduct as specifically listed in 18 U.S.C section 2256 (2) (A) through (D), but are merely depictions of non-sexually explicit nudity, or are depictions of simulated sexual conduct, or are otherwise exempt because the visual depictions were created prior to July 3rd, 1995.
  • With respect to all visual depictions displayed on Exquisite Angelz, whether of actual sexually explicit conduct, simulated sexual conduct or otherwise, all persons in said visual depictions were at least eighteen (18) years of age when said visual depictions were created.
  • The owners and operators of Exquisite Angelz are not a primary or secondary producer (as defined in 28 C.F.R. § 75.1(c)(1)- 28 C.F.R. § 75.1(c) (2)) of any visual depiction of actual sexually explicit conduct, simulated sexual conduct or otherwise, displayed on Exquisite Angelz.
  • As such, Exquisite Angelz is exempt from the requirements of 18 U.S.C. 2257 under the plain language of the statute which explicitly excludes from the meaning of "producer" those entities whose activities "does not involve the hiring, contracting for, managing, or otherwise arranging for the participation of the depicted performers".
  • The original records required of visual depiction of actual sexually explicit conduct, simulated sexual conduct appearing or otherwise contained on Exquisite Angelz and pursuant to 18 U.S.C. section 2257 and 28 C.F.R. 75 are kept by the appropriate Custodian of Records whose information may be found at the original producer's site and/or the site of the model(s) depicted in the photo and/or video.
